This Website is intended for use by active U.S.-based employees and Cast Members who are employed by The Walt Disney Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively the “Company”) and are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for participation in the Plan), as well as their spouses and same-sex domestic partners. It is not intended to be used by former employees, employees of non-U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates, or employees of Pixar.
